We provide you with 5 complete key sets of the house, consisting of the key for the entrance gate, the main door and the key of the kitchen door. At departure all 5 complete sets of keys have to be given back. All parasols are delivered in perfect condition. The parasols have to be closed at night and during the absence, as well as with storm and wind. The break of a parasol supposes the cost of 80 euros..
The Billiard is delivered with all complete balls and with four sticks. In case of loss of a ball or stick, a new set of balls and broken sticks will be charged. At the check out all balls have to be placed in the triangle
Any damage or loss caused by customers will be claimed presenting the documentation and invoice as proof of expense. All reclamatios will be made through the dammage deposit (recharging or claiming the resting amount) or will be claimed on the correponding website of the reservation. In case of existing damage at arrival, it must be reported immediately together with a picture of the broken object.
At night before going to sleep, all outdoor and indoor lights must be turned off, with the exception of the lights on the lawn and the lights in the access area to the house. These lights turn automatically off and on. In case of any notices from neighbors about light on in the morning, we reserve us the right to charge an additional cost of 40 euros per day of light on.
We are not responsible for power cuts in the area in general due to rainfalls or accidents in the pipes or street facilities. In case of a power outage inside the Villa, first of all, find out if there are too many electric appliances at the same time in use. Then go to the front door of the house and open the room in front, where the switch board is located. Put all the switches down and head with the key E, which is located in the key cabinet in the kitchen dining room, to the street. Next to the metal gate of the house is a plexiglass door that can be opened with the E key. Once opened, press the yellow button for about 20 seconds and then close the closet once again. Then go back to the room and put all the switchers up.
The Mosquito Nets on the windows should not be raised due to constant breaks. It is not allowed to use the windows of the living room as exit or entrance to/from the swimming pool. There are two doors (main door or kitchen door) where you can get to the garden and the swimming pool.
The fireplace can only be used with the metalic protección in front of it, to avoid sparks. The protection cannot be placed next to any curtain or cloth. In case of black ash stains, the client will be charged for the laundry / dry cleaning or even a new curtain, if it is not possible to remove the stains. The fire has to be put out at night before going to sleep.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house and in case of smoking outdoor, it is absolutely forbidden to throw the filter tips and ash of cigarettes on the grass or any other outdoor spaces.
No furniture should be moved from outside (or inside to outside) and should not be placed on the grass. (Ping Pong, sun beds, etc.), since it can cause the following incidents: Brown spots and death of the lawn, rupture of the furniture due to sun, rain, etc.
It is not allowed to play foodball, volleyball etc. on the garden lawn. Eventual yoga classes can be held on the tennis court.
We all want a neat and green lawn. For this reason it is essential to continue with the maintenance of the garden also during the stay of the clients. Gardeners come every Thursday morning between 09:00 and 11:00.
There is nothing better than a clean, blue swimming pool with crystal clear water. This is how we imagine all our vacations. All this is only possible with constant maintenance. For this reason, pool maintenance is continued during the clients’ stay every Friday morning between 08:30 and 09:30.
Neighbors must be respected. Music can not be raised at a higher volumen than allowed, especially during siesta hours and after 00:00 o’clock. In case of not complying with this rule and complaints from neighbors, we reserve us the right of expulsion and the money paid for the stay will not be refunded.
It is absolutly forbidden to feed the cats which are outside or in the garden and let them inside of the house. To avoid this, it is necesary to close always all doors.
The client has been duly informed about the check out times and conditions before his arrival by the site of villairis-barcelona.com, page arrival by car and arrival by train. The time of departure is until 11 am maximum, unless one other hour have been agreed before. Late Check Out can be requested with 3 days in advanced and has one extra cost of 80 euros. Late Check Out is only possible on request and in case, there is no arrival of other clients on the same day.
At Check Out the volleyball net has to be placed exactly in the same way as it was delivered at check in. The house has to be left free of household items and with clean dishes. All garbage of the kitchen and the outdoor areas has to be thrown out. The containers are going out of the main metalic gate straight on, on the next corner on the left site about 200 meters from the entrance. Please remove all linen and leave them together with the towels in a large pile beside the entrance (with exception of the mattress protectors). The cleaning fee of the reservation is only for the cleaning of the house and the loundry, but not for dishes and other dirt that may have been caused by customers. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning cost of 80 euros will be charged.
