Required Data Arrival
Thank you for booking Villa Iris. Please let us know your approximate arrival time as soon as possible by e-mail. In case you arrive by airplane and rent a car at the airport, inform us about the arrival time of the plane, flight number and airport. We only need the arrival time of the first guest, who will make the check in, as well as his telephone number. If you come directly by car and not by airplane, let us as well know your aproximated arrival time and contact us about 45 minutes before arriving at the Villa by wats up or text message. Because of the new tourism law, we also need one list of all guests with full names, identity card or passport numbers. That’s why all guests have to make check in online on our website before arriving at Villa Iris. You also have to registrate all children on the website, because of the tourist taxes. The Path
The address is displayed on the GPS. The Villa belongs to Cubelles, but you will come along the road Arbosç from Vilanova y la Geltrúd, leaving the campsite “Vilanova Park” on your right hand and then the horse riding on the left. After the horse riding, you have to continue straight on until and at the first roundabout. On the second round about is already “Coral D’en Tort” indicated. However, even if the GPS will leave you without any problem in the urbanization, the numbering of the houses does not appear correctly in the GPS. The Villa has a very large sign at the entrance which sais “Villa Iris – Welcome” and once entering in the urbanization, just keep going straight on. You pass through a house called “El Congo” and the road narrows. You can see the Villa at the bottom of ocher and red and you have to follow the path until you find the Villa in front of you. The metal fence is open and you can enter directly by car. Please do not ring the doorbell, because it takes us a long time to open, since the way from the house until there is relatively long. Come inside by car until the house where you can easily unload all suitcases.
Hours of Check In and Check Out
Check in is after 5 pm, but you can arrive from 12:30 pm and stay in the outdoor area and use the pool. There is an outside toilet and we have refreshing drinks. Very important: Although the oficial check in is from 5 pm, this does not mean that you can simply change the arrival time that was previously communicated. For example, if you gave as arrival time 12:30 noon, it is not possible to arrive at 5 pm. In case there is any change, you always have to notify it with enough of time in advanced. Check Out is until 11 a.m.
Late Check In – Late Check Out
Check in after 20:00 is 50 euros. Check in after 22:00 is 80 euros. Check in after 00:00 (only on demand) is 120 euros. Late Check Out after 11:00 is 80 euros (only on demand and if there is no client after you).
