Thank you for booking Villa Iris. Please let us know your approximate arrival time as soon as possible via e-mail. If you arrive by airplane, let us know the arrival time of the plane, the flight number and the airport. We only need the arrival time of the first customer to check in, as well as the telephone number. Because of the new law for holiday rentals, we need a list of all occupants of the villa with their full names, identity card or passport numbers. That’s why all guests of the Villa have to register online before their arrival. All children must also be registered on the website because of tourist taxes. The Path
From the airport of Barcelona “El Prat” there are very good connections by public transport. If you arrive at terminal 1, you can take the bus to the train station of Vilanova i la Geltrú. If you arrive at terminal 2, you can take the train directly from terminal 2 of Barcelona airport. Both go very often with exception of the bus on Sundays. But you can also take the shuttle bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1 and take the bus or vice versa the train. In both cases, you have to get out at the train station of Vilanova i la Geltrú. If you take the train, you must get off at the first stop at «El Prat de Llobregat» and then take the next train to Sitges / Vilanova i la Geltrú in direction of Sant Vicenç de Calders.

Once at the train station of Vilanova i la Geltrú, you can take a taxi to Villa Iris. A taxi to Villa Iris from the train station of Vilanova i la Geltrú train station costs approximately 10 euros. There is also a very good train and bus connection from Vilanova to Sitges and Barcelona City. If you take the train to Barcelona, the best is to get off at the second stop in Barcelona, which is Paseig de Gracias. This stop is quite in the center of Barcelona. You can take the train in Vilanova or Cubelles. If you want to visit Sitges, you must also take the train in the direction of Barcelona. Keep in mind that there is nothing in walking distance, but it is possible to stay at Villa Iris without renting a car. The difference is that you must plan your vacation very well before and you cannot change your ideas from one moment to another. But if you are a good organizer, this option is possible. I give you a link, where you can order the taxi by wats up. But keep in mind: You cannot order a taxi from one moment to another as 2 or 4 people. You are a big group. What does that mean? Book the taxi if possible 12 hours in advance, for example, if you know in the morning where you want to go in the afternoon or at least 4 or 5 hours in advance.

From one moment to another it is difficult. You can also use our option of half board or full board, and of course also our wine cellar, where we have all kind of wines, cavas (spanish sparkling wine), beers, water and tonic for a reasonable price.
Check In – Check Out
Check in is after 5 pm, but you can arrive from 12:30 pm and stay in the outdoor area and use the Villa’s pool. There is an outside toilet and we have refreshing drinks as well. Very important: Although the oficial check in is from 5 pm, this does not mean that you can simply change the arrival time that was previously communicated. For example, if you gave as arrival time 12:30 noon, it is not possible to arrive at 5 pm. In case there is any change, you always have to notify it with enough of time in advanced. Check Out is until 11 a.m.
Late Check In and Late Check Out
Check in after 20 hours is 50 euros. Check in after 22 hours is 80 euros. Check in after 00:00 hours (only on demand) is 120 euros. Late Check Out after 11 hours is 80 euros (only on demand and if there is no customer after you).
